What to expect
A video call
We meet over Google Meet. The link arrives with your confirmation email, and you join from a browser — nothing to install.
About 30 minutes
Long enough to work through setup or a specific problem together. Book more than one if you would rather take it in stages.
Free, like everything else
Bravo is free and open source, and so is support. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign up for beyond the booking.
Pick a time
Times are shown in your own timezone. You will get a confirmation email with the meeting link, and a reminder before the session.
See available times
The calendar is provided by Cal.com. We do not load it until you ask, so nothing is fetched from them unless you choose to book.
Before your session
A few things that make the half hour go further.
- Have Bravo open on the device you actually use it on, and the device charged.
- Know which profile you are working with, and whether it is a Tap or Scan interface.
- If something is going wrong, note what you tried and what happened.
- Screen sharing helps a lot — we can look at the same thing rather than describing it.
If a video call does not suit you
A scheduled call is not the right format for everyone, and it should never be the only way to get help.
